Content on the platform, including listings, descriptions, or communications, is not medical advice and should not be relied upon for clinical decision-making.

3. No Employment Relationship

Use of the Service does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or independent contractor relationship between OD Coverage and any user.

4. No Verification or Guarantees

OD Coverage does not verify licensure, credentials, insurance, availability, attendance, or performance of any user and makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, conduct, or quality of services.

5. HIPAA and Patient Information

OD Coverage is not an electronic health record (EHR) and is not a HIPAA-covered entity.

Users must not upload, transmit, or store patient information, protected health information (PHI), or medical records on the platform, including:

• Patient names or identifiers
• Clinical notes, diagnoses, or prescriptions
• Medical record numbers
• Insurance or billing information tied to identifiable patients

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations, including privacy and data protection requirements.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

OD Coverage is not responsible for disputes, cancellations, no-shows, misrepresentations, or outcomes arising from interactions between users.
