Shift Listing Information

  • Clinic name and location
  • Date needed and pay rate
  • Contact details provided by the poster
  • Notes or descriptions

Information included in a posted shift may be visible to other users to facilitate connections.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party processors such as Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers and receive only limited transaction data.

Technical Data

  • IP address and device information
  • Log data for security and fraud prevention
  • Aggregated usage analytics

2. What We Do Not Collect

  • Patient names or identifiers
  • Medical records or PHI
  • Insurance or EHR data

3. How We Use Information

  • Operate and maintain the Service
  • Display listings and facilitate connections
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Send transactional or service-related emails
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies or local storage for authentication, session management, and essential site functionality. We do not use cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising cookies.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored using trusted providers such as Supabase with security measures including row-level security and access controls.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only:

Data is retained while your account is active or as required for operational, legal, or security purposes.
