Shift description
We are a husband OD and wife OD run practice. We have run our own office for 10 years now. We need fill in coverage so we can take a vacation together. We do not accept vision plans, so we spend a lot of time with patients. We do about 70% medical and 30% routine (only about 10% contact lens comprehensives). The technician works up the patient extensively (Chief complaint, pertinent negatives, meds, ROS, all other history, EOMs, pupils, confrontation fields, color, and stereo, photos, iWellness OCT, AR, iCare, VAs, lensometry, and contact lens over-refraction). The technician typically also takes care of all contact lens follow-ups and troubleshooting. You will have 20+ minutes with each patient starting at cover test and refraction.
License requirements
Applicants must possess the professional license and credentials required to practice optometry in NH.
