Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how OD Coverage, operated by Arkyris Group LLC, doing business as OD Coverage, handles fees for paid features on the platform. By submitting payment through the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. What Fees Cover

Any fees charged by OD Coverage are fees for access to platform features, visibility tools, promotional placement, listing enhancements, subscriptions, or other paid functionality that may be offered from time to time. Fees are not payments for medical services, staffing services, recruiting services, employment services, placement services, legal services, payroll services, or guaranteed outcomes.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Payment does not guarantee any particular level of visibility, impressions, responses, inquiries, applicant quality, shift acceptance, shift completion, revenue, or that a listing will be filled. Any arrangements made between users are solely between those users.

3. General Rule: No Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or where OD Coverage expressly states otherwise in writing, all fees are final and non-refundable.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Unfilled shifts
  • Low response volume or no responses
  • Cancellations by clinics, practices, or optometrists
  • No-shows
  • User error in creating, editing, purchasing, boosting, or managing a listing
  • Dissatisfaction with visibility, impressions, engagement, or outcomes
  • Disputes between users
  • Moderation, removal, restriction, or suspension resulting from rule violations
  • Changes in business plans, staffing needs, scheduling needs, or user preference

4. Boosts, Promotional Features, and Credits

If OD Coverage offers boosted listings, promotional placement, listing upgrades, subscriptions, referral credits, or other incentive or visibility tools, those features enhance access to platform functionality only. They do not guarantee performance or any business result.

Referral credits, promotional credits, and similar incentives, if offered, are not cash, are not property, are non-transferable unless expressly allowed by OD Coverage, may be revoked for abuse or error, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@odcoverage.com promptly before initiating a payment dispute. We may review good-faith claims of duplicate or unauthorized charges in our discretion.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically entitle you to a refund. To the fullest extent permitted by law, initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting support may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of related listings, forfeiture of credits, or restriction of future access to paid features.

7. Third-Party Payment Processors

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. OD Coverage does not control third-party processor policies, bank review procedures, card network rules, or processing timelines.

8. Policy Changes

OD Coverage may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date posted on this page and will apply as stated at the time of purchase or as otherwise permitted by law.
