Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how fees charged by OD Coverage are handled. By using the Service and submitting payment, you agree to this policy.

1. Platform Fees

Fees charged by OD Coverage are for access to and use of the platform, including the ability to post shift listings. Fees do not guarantee that a shift will be filled or that any particular outcome will occur.

2. No Refunds

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unfilled shifts
  • Cancellations by clinics or optometrists
  • No-shows
  • User error when posting a shift
  • Dissatisfaction with responses or outcomes

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Third-Party Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. OD Coverage does not control the payment processor’s policies or timelines.
